How to Sign Up on Zoho Mail for Free
Whether on PC or mobile devices you can sign up or create an account on Zoho with ease and fewer worries. All you have to do is sit back, read, and follow the steps below.
To sign up for Zoho mail;
- Open up your browser either Chrome or Google.
- On the search bar type zoho.com and click on search.
- You will be taken to a new page.
- Just at the right top corner, there you will see the free sign up.
- Click on it and wait for a new page to pop up.
- On the new page you’ll be asked to fill in your email and a the password you would like to use.
- Once you’re done with that you click on agreeing to the terms of services and privacy policy.
- Then you click on sign up for free just below.
Also know that you can sign in using your Google, LinkedIn, or Microsoft account. All you have to do is click on any of the accounts below and fill up the spaces with the requirements.
Remember to save password just in case you forget the passwords to avoid the discomfort of logging in later.

- After you’ve done that you click on confirm password
- You’ll be taken to a page where you’ll be asked to type in your phone number
The phone number is to enable you to get a verification code for security reasons.
- Type in your phone number and click on send code just below
- Wait for a verification code
- Once the code has been sent to you make sure to type it in the space available for the code
- Then click on verify
- After that, you’ll be taken to a new page where you’ll be confirmed that your phone number has been verified
- Click on continue to finish up with the registration
- After that you’ll see two option you’ll have to pick the second option
- Once you’ve done that you’ll be asked to create a username of your choice
- Make sure you use a valid username that has not been used
Your username must have letters and number to be valid
- After that, you click on confirm, and you’ll be redirected to a new page
